69* Edición de los Globos de Oro

Los premios Globo de Oro (Golden Globe Awards) son galardones de cine y de televisión otorgados por la prensa extranjera acreditada en Hollywood. Creados en 1944, estos premios fueron considerados los más importantes en el mundo del cine y de la televisión, después de los Oscar y de los Emmy, respectivamente. Se da la circunstancia de que la entrega de los Globos de Oro se lleva a cabo poco antes de la votación final para los Oscar, de forma que los ganadores de Globos de Oro tienen frecuentemente una ventaja adicional para conseguir también un Oscar dado que obligan a los “académicos” a reparar en los trabajos seleccionados para esta primera, en esta edición podríamos marcar como detalle que el film El Árbol de la vida (The Tree Of Life) de Terrence Malick (ganadora mejor película festival de Cannes) y Melancolía de Lars Von Trier (ganadora mejor film europeo) no obtuvieran ninguna nominación. La Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood celebrará la 69ª edición de los premios Globo de Oro en el Hotel Beverly Hilton de Los Ángeles.
